I had over 500 slides and 20 VHS tapes that I wanted preserved. Not growing up in the digital age I had no idea what I even wanted. I called customer service and they walked me through the different options and helped me decide what was best for me. They were so patient as I had many questions. The finished product is labeled just how I wanted it and is so easy to use. They were even kind enough to give me a credit because I did not want my originals returned. DigMyPics was definitely the best value. The regular pricing at DigMyPics was the same as Legacy Box at 60% off and by far superior customer service.

My sister and I decided to convert 7 old 8mm films over to DVD. None of the reels were labeled, so it was fun to find out what was on them. The majority were films of when our Dad was in the Navy overseas in the early 1960's, plus there were some short clips of our family when we were very young. We decided to give our Dad a DVD of these films for his 84th birthday. He was so happy to view them - it brought back a lot of memories that he thought were long gone. I was so impressed by your excellent service, giving me progress reports every step of the way and producing a wonderful product. Thank you for everything!

I live in Germany and on a visit to my elderly parents in the US wanted to help them go through slides and choose some to use in an album. Also I wanted copies for myself and my brother. The whole process, from choosing the products, getting the shipping advice, and downloading the final scans was clear and easy. I really appreciated the abundant information and choices. And the finished product, the digital photos, were just wonderful, even higher quality than I had hoped for. Thank you!

Thanks for the timely and excellent job of converting my old 35mm slides to digital .jpeg files. Some of the slides were approaching 60 years old. The quality and resolution exceeded my expectations. I used both the download feature to look at the files before the DVD came; it worked great. I found no difference in quality when I compared the downloaded images to the DVD images. The DVD played back just fine on my computer. I like your process and customer interaction which I found friendly and helpful. I will be using use in the future to convert more 35mm slides and some videos on tape and reels. Thank you again.

I was lucky enough to receive a gift certificate from a family member to start converting some of our lifetime collection of print photos to digital form. An approaching wedding gave me the incentive to pick out a group to send to DigMyPics. The rest was a breeze! The staff were most helpful and prompt to answer questions. With the scanning and enhancement done and the photos already available on line, I am now able to provide a good selection of childhood photos for the bride's wedding retrospective. Absolutely beautifully work! Flawless job scanning my slides from '70s and '80s to hi-res, beautifully colored digital versions. On top of that, service that is efficient (if not super fast). Easy to understand website, and responsive customer service -- and a real human actually answers one's questions, a bit of a rarity in this day & age.

I recently found old negatives from pictures my grandparents had taken in the early 1900s. I sent them to Digmypics and they did a great job digitizing them. The service was amazing - every time I emailed, I received a response within hours. Also, they kept me informed throughout the process as to what stage my pictures were in. At first I thought the price was a little too high; however, after I saw the quality of the final product (and I realized that the negatives were almost 100 years old), I realized it was a fair price. Also, no price is too high for family! I would definitely consider them in the future as I sort out old movies.

Received our 8mm film and DVD the other day and was very excited to see how the films looked on DVD. We were so happy with the results!!! We had tried another place by us to have our 8mm film transferred to DVD but it was nothing like what DigMyPics did for us. We will defiantly be sending DigMyPics more film.
