quality. While we continuously test new equipment, we only add
new scanners that maintain our tough standards for

Service |

We don't just run your photos
through the scanners and dump them to disk. Every image is
reviewed by a technician and then rescanned if necessary. We then crop, rotate,
enhance and color balance each and every image based on its
individual needs so they are
all ready to be enjoyed on your computer or television. We
never do batch enhancement operations like other services.
Never.

Technology |
|
We've invested heavily in scanners,
computers, networks, and software that enable us to track,
process and bill efficiently. Most importantly, though, our
systems allow us to keep you as involved as you like in the
process with automated emails that are sent as your photos
arrive at our location, are processed, and then shipped back to
you. We even allow you to see your photos on our website
as soon as they're scanned. We're finding new ways to scan,
view, store, present and use digital images all the time.
We're also the first to test and implement new innovations in
digital photography. We were the first to start using the
new Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 EDs. We were using them even
before they were available for purchase by the general public on
the US market.

Price |

We're working tirelessly to keep our
prices as low as possible. We employ highly skilled technicians
and the latest available technology and bring them together to
work, not just hard, but smart, too.

Turnaround Time |
|
We strive to receive, process and
return your photos within 5 business days after receipt and we
can usually complete smaller orders of less than 500 photos within just
3-4
business days. Although we
work hard to meet this goal, we don't live and die by it and we certainly
won't sacrifice quality just to get your order out. If
your order takes extra time to complete, we'll let you know why
and when we expect to complete it.

Consideration |

Although we can't quantify and
measure this part of our service, we treat your images with the
respect they deserve. We realize that the work we're doing
is meant to be enjoyed for generations. To that end, we
want the products and services we deliver to stand the tests of
time. It's why we include details that others ignore or
charge extra for. In our opinion, rotating and cropping
the images so they look their best should not be optional.
Easily finding and using your images shouldn't be either.
That's why every disc ships with thumbnail images that you can
see as soon as you insert the disc in your PC. It's little
things that make all the difference and it's that type of spirit
that differentiates us from other photo scanning services.
