DigMyPics! and your DVD player |
|
 |
|
|
| Yes! We can scan your
prints, negatives, or slides to a disc that can be played on the DVD
player in your living room. There are two ways to achieve
this magic of modern technology. We can turn your
photos into a movie or we can store
them on a Reduced Resolution disc as
JPEG type image files that can be viewed on
the new breed of DVD players that support the display of image files in
JPEG
format. |
 |
Nearly every DVD manufacturer has embraced the technology and is
building the feature into every new unit they produce.
Some are selling for as little as $50 at retailers nationwide
and online. Look for one or more of these features to know
that your photos can be shown on this device: "JPEG Readable", "Kodak
PictureCD Compatible", or "Windows HighMAT Compatible" Once you
have your images on disc and your DVD player, just watch the
video or let it run on the TV during get-togethers as a
conversation piece. It's also a great way to share your
photos with family members.
The new DVD players let you scroll through your images with
the remote or they can run in slide-show mode where they changes the
picture every few seconds.
