the last 5 years building a team we are truly proud of. They are dedicated, educated
digital professionals whose work ethic and specialized training ensures you a quality
experience with us. Our teams work closely together, and our company culture promotes
knowledge sharing and teamwork. So if you have a question about your order, our
customer service reps can quickly find out the answer. Better yet, since all of
our departments are housed in the same facility, they have physical access to your
photos at any time. This may seem like a no brainer, but think about how many business
today use call centers, or use separate facilities in the US or oversees, to do
the actual work. It may be difficult to ask questions or make changes to your project
if that is the case.

2. Our Process
Our internal process is set up to incorporate our 3 golden standards in each step:
Safety and Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Effective Communication. Since
innovation and technology is a big part of out business, we have built our systems
with a good deal of innovative solutions. For example, when we couldn't find
a print scanner on the market that met our expectations, we made our own (Click here to see samples of our print scans). Likewise,
we make sure our scanners have access to different kinds of high quality scanning
equipment, so they have the flexibility to choose the best solutions for your project.
Starting in January 2008 we will be installed in our new state-of-the-art scanning
facility. Our 17,000 sq. ft building will allow us to bring you more services, options,
and value all the time.

While we can't be all things to all people, we are dedicated to being all we
