 DigMyPics is the first and only
scanning service to give you a
24-hour, all access pass to see what is happening
with your film and photos.
You will be able to see your order's current status and
read notes our scanning technicians have made as they work. The best part of this
service is that you can even see your images as they are being scanned!
After we receive your order at our facility, we will send you an email to let you
know your project has arrived. This message will include a link you can click on
to view your scanning progress online. Save this link in your browser’s Favorites
or Bookmarks folder so you’ll be able to quickly check in on your order whenever
you’d like.
Some of the things you can see with Real Time Scanning are:
- A list of your orders currently at our facility
- Your order's current status: In Queue (waiting to be scanned),
Scanning, Post Production, Video, Completed, or Shipped
- Your order's position in the queue
- The number of business days your order has been at our facility
- What products and services you have ordered
- The comments you made when you placed your order
- A list of what our photo experts have noted about your order as they scan and
enhance your images
- How we have named your folders and files
- The number of images we have scanned
